No midnight calls, no chasing rent, no coordinating repairs. We become your point of contact for residents and vendors.
Consistent, fair-housing compliant screening helps place reliable residents who pay on time and care for your home.
Market-based pricing, shorter vacancies and preventive maintenance help protect your long-term income.
Spend your time on what matters to you, whether you live on Oahu, a neighbor island or the mainland.
Full-service management covers the entire life of a lease, from the first photo to the final move-out inspection.
Simple, Transparent Pricing
Every Oahu rental is different. A Kakaako high-rise condo, a Kailua single-family home and a Waipahu fourplex each need a slightly different plan. Instead of one-size-fits-all pricing, we prepare a clear written quote after learning about your property and goals.
Your quote spells out the monthly management fee, any leasing or renewal fees, and exactly what is included, so there are no surprises on your statement.

A clear, organized approach from day one, so you always know what is happening with your rental.
We walk the home, recommend rent-ready updates and document its condition with photos.
Professional photos, compelling listings and responsive showings keep vacancy short.
Consistent, fair-housing compliant screening and a Hawaii-compliant lease.
Online payments, timely follow-up on late rent and organized deposits.
Maintenance, inspections, renewals and reporting, handled by one local team.
Self-managing can work, but the details add up fast, especially in Hawaii where landlord-tenant rules are specific.
A consistent screening process reduces the risk of late payments and damage.
Accurate pricing and strong marketing help reduce days on market.
Notices, deposits and entry rules follow the Hawaii Residential Landlord-Tenant Code (HRS Chapter 521).
Preventive care and trusted vendors help avoid expensive emergency repairs.
Proper documentation protects you if a dispute ever comes up.
Off-island owners must name an Oahu agent under HRS §521-43. We can fill that role.
No coordinating contractors, answering calls or chasing paperwork.
Thoughtful renewals and care for your home protect its value over time.
