Bringing Proven Property Management to Oahu
Dakine Management was built on a simple idea: rental owners deserve a manager who communicates clearly, treats their home like it is our own and makes ownership easier, not harder.
We brought that approach to Hawaii because Oahu owners face unique challenges, from off-island ownership and HOA rules to humidity, salt air and specific landlord-tenant laws. Our Honolulu-based team combines organized systems with local knowledge of neighborhoods from Hawaii Kai to Haleiwa.
In Hawaii, “da kine” is the word for the thing you mean, even when you cannot quite name it. For our owners, that is peace of mind.
